Not only is the Ivy League student working for free, but the assigned tasks include things like data entry. "It was advertised as a great opportunity to learn about hedge funds, but in reality I'm doing grunt work," says the intern. An unpaid intern at a New York City auction house makes a similar complaint. "We do go on museum field trips and there are lectures about the [art] industry, but I would say 80% of what I do is clerical," he says.

Am I the only one who thinks these kids should stop their bitching? Since when were interns supposed to get something other than grunt work? And field trips? Maybe when Hell freezes over Hollywood...
